If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 calendar days of the date your parcel was delivered to you. Please be sure include a copy of your invoice or shipping confirmation email in any package you return to us, clearly showing your order number and contact information, or your refund may not be able to be processed. Once your return has been received and inspected at our returns facility, we will process a refund to the payment type you used for your original order, in an amount equal to the merchandise price plus any duties and taxes originally paid on the item.
Please note:
- All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered, and include any original packaging, including all original tags.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box.
- Swimwear (where the hygiene strips have been removed) and earrings (where the internal packaging seal has been broken) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty.
- Beauty and cosmetics products are non-refundable if they have been used or if the seal has been broken on any item in the set.
